1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase, subscribe to our services, or register for an account on this website.

2. Nature of Perishable Goods

We design and deliver handmade arrangements using seasonal flowers. Because flowers are natural products, specific varieties may occasionally be unavailable due to seasonality or quality issues.

• Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value to maintain the design style of your arrangement.
• Variation: Physical arrangements will naturally vary in color, shape, and composition from the website images.

3. Delivery and Pickup Responsibility

Our responsibility for the safety and quality of our products depends on the fulfillment method:

• Deliveries: Petal Friend assumes responsibility for the arrangement until it is delivered to your designated address. We will replace any item lost or damaged during delivery.
• Pickups: If you choose to pick up your order from our location, you assume full responsibility for the arrangement once the physical exchange is complete. We are not liable for subsequent damage, heat exposure, or spills during transport.

4. Subscription Terms

When you sign up for a Petal Friend subscription, you agree to send recurring payment for each scheduled delivery. Payment is arranged directly with us — by Instagram DM — and sent via Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp. We do not keep a card on file or charge you automatically.

• Ongoing Schedule: Your subscription continues on your selected schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) until you cancel.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To skip the next scheduled delivery, just let us know by email before that cycle is prepared. No cancellation fees apply.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logo wordmarks, illustrations, and photographic designs, is the property of Petal Friend and is protected by copyright laws.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
