We do not use analytics, performance, advertising, or tracking cookies of any kind.

3. Browser Local Storage

When you add items to your cart, we save your cart contents in your browser’s local storage under the key petalfriend_cart so your selections persist as you browse. This is browser local storage, not a cookie: it stays on your device, is never sent automatically to a server, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Processing

We rely on a small set of trusted service providers to operate Petal Friend. Each processes data only as needed to deliver our service:

• Clerk — authentication, login sessions, and account security. Clerk privacy & DPA.
• Supabase — our database and file storage; holds account, order, and uploaded media data. Supabase privacy & DPA.
• Resend — delivery of transactional and newsletter email; receives recipient email addresses and message content. Resend privacy & DPA.
• Render — website hosting and request processing. Render privacy.
• Svix — verifies the security of authentication webhooks. Svix privacy.

5. Third-Party Tracking

We do not use advertising, retargeting, or third-party marketing cookies, and we do not share your browsing history with advertising networks.

6. Managing Cookies & Local Storage

You can control, block, or delete cookies and local storage using your browser’s settings. Because we only use strictly necessary login cookies, disabling all cookies will prevent you from logging in to your Petal Friend account or maintaining a subscription session, but it will not otherwise affect your ability to browse the site.
