• Payment details: Payment is arranged directly with us — typically by Instagram DM — and sent via Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp. We do not collect or store credit card or banking details on this website.

2. Analytics and Tracking

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or behavioral tracking tools on our website. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, TikTok, or any cross-site tracking, and we do not record your browsing sessions or build advertising profiles about you.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate Petal Friend and provide our services. Specifically, we use it to:

• Process and deliver your custom floral arrangements.
• Manage your subscription and coordinate recurring payments.
• Send transaction notifications including order confirmations and delivery updates.
• Send marketing newsletters if you have explicitly opted in to receive them.

4. Information Sharing & Sub-Processors

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information. We share data only with the trusted service providers below, each strictly to operate Petal Friend:

• Clerk — authentication and account management; receives your account credentials and email.
• Supabase — our database and file storage; holds your name, email, phone, delivery address, order history, and any media you upload.
• Resend — email delivery; receives your email address and the content of messages we send you.
• Render — website hosting; processes request data needed to serve the site.
• Svix — verifies the security of authentication webhooks; processes webhook metadata, not your order details.

5. Data Retention

We retain your order records for seven years to satisfy tax and accounting obligations. We retain your newsletter subscription details until you choose to unsubscribe.

6. Your Rights

Under California law, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, or to request that we delete it. Please direct any data requests to yourpetalfriend@gmail.com.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
