Shipping & Delivery Policy

Petal Friend provides delivery and pickup options within the Los Angeles area.

1. Delivery Days

We deliver arrangements on Tuesdays and Fridays only. You must select your preferred delivery day at checkout.

2. Service Area

We deliver to select zip codes within the Los Angeles area. Delivery availability and fees are calculated at checkout based on your distance from our address at 1364 1/2 S Cloverdale Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90019.

3. Delivery Fees and Tiers

• Standard delivery: Delivery fees are tiered based on distance and are displayed during checkout.
• Subscriber benefit: Active subscribers receive free delivery for any address located within a 5-mile radius of our business location.

4. Unattended Deliveries

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location at the designated address.

• Water & Weather: Flowers are perishable and sensitive to heat. We recommend retrieving arrangements promptly.
• Liability: Petal Friend is not responsible for theft, damage, or wilting after we have left the arrangement at your delivery address.

5. Pickup Option

You may choose to pick up your arrangement directly from our location at 1364 1/2 S Cloverdale Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90019. Pickups are by appointment only on Tuesdays and Fridays.
